£12 to £12.15 Per Hour
I am currently working with a well established company within the Security industry and I am seeking candidates who have sales support / sales administration experience looking for part time work! This role is based in West Drayton with car parking.
**1 year contract commencing from 2nd December 2019**
25 hours per week either 3 full days or 5 hours, 5 days a week
The salary for this position is from £15,000 to £15700 depending on experience plus benefits which are detailed below.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Updating the CRM system
- Gather client information
- Calling customers
- Ensure GDPR guidelines are met
- Take down details of customer complaints and passing to relevant colleague
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Previous experience in sales support/sales administration role
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills & CRM experience
- Great organisational and time management skills
