Under general supervision, performs standard, advanced and confidential secretarial and clerical assignments in support to VP/GM and European Finance Director.
- Develops strong working relationships and communication channels with immediate manager, VP General Manager's Direct Reports, Local Directorate group, and Corporate Management/Respective PA's.
- Diary management and scheduling of diaries for VP/GM and European Finance Director.
- Processes all expenses for VP/GM and European Finance Director.
- Schedules international travel arrangements for VP/GM and European Finance Director.
- Proactive management of hard copy and electronic correspondence for VP/GM and European Finance Director.
- Proactive management of pending files and progress chasing for immediate manager.
- Organizes senior Management visits and tours of Gallo Customers across Europe.
- Coordinates and plans VP/GM's European Directors meetings.
- Coordinates European Survey preparation ensuring all details are correct and in order.
- Prepares and distributes papers for meetings, minute taking, action point follow up and progress chasing.
- Creates PowerPoint presentations and graphs.
- Produces weekly management schedules for VP/GM respective direct reports.
- Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory consideration.
