A software company are looking for a home based Project Coordinator / Administrator to support the Programme Manager coordinating work streams. A strong administrator that can work under pressure and has excellent attention to detail, £25Kpa.

The project co-ordinator will work with the Programme Manager in supporting the delivery of projects within the business. Effectively co-ordinating work streams across a cross functional core team that includes external and internal stakeholders for small projects.

  1. Negotiate and secure necessary resource for contracted obligations.
  2. Ability to handle small multiple projects at any given time.
  3. Assist in the application and maintenance of project controls including risk and issue management, change requests, decision and action log maintenance.
  4. Managing customer/stakeholder expectation on projects.
  5. Supporting Programme Manager in the delivery of projects.
