Project Manager - Global Commercial Learning & Development
Position Summary
The Project Manager Disease & Product Learning (80%) /Instructional Designer (20%), is part of the Global Commercial Learning and Development (GCL&D) team and in partnership with regional and local CL&D colleagues, will be responsible for supporting the Director of Global Product Learning in the development and management of disease, product and campaign related learning assets.
This role requires remote and on-site work in our regional office in Stockley Park UK (approx. 20%), potentially also business travels to our affiliates or off-site training (mainly Europe).
12 months contract
Essential Duties
- Content Management & Development, Instructional Design
- Management of existing scientific learning content and assisting with the development of new learning content for launches
- Point of contact for global stakeholders ensuring TA specific training content is regularly updated, and management of version controls
- Uploading learning content onto GCL&D Portal and the Evolve LMS and administration of the assets
- Assisting and managing LMS content,
- Developing quizzes and knowledge checkers to be deployed via the new LMS system
- Supporting countries with the localization of training content,
- Supporting the standardization and centralization of best-practice principles of curriculum design, delivery and evaluation, as well as customizing existing training programmes to the specific requirements of the countries
- Provide Instructional Design strategy for various innovation projects including, but not limited to, learning journey, phased training, competency mapping
- Tracking on country adoption incl. managing/overseeing KPIs and measurements
- Facilitating and enrolling Global initiatives to affiliates
- Management of GPL project timelines and roadmaps/operational plan/country trackers
- Close collaboration and management of external vendors when required
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally scientific/pharmaceutical background
* Minimum of 2-3 years of industry project management experience in L&D environment or equivalent, minimum of 8 years related experience in pharmaceutical industry
* Instructional Design and/or Training Professional Certification a plus
* Pharmaceutical Selling Skills/Sales Representative experience a plus
* Experience or background in Commercial/Marketing/Medical or Sales (eg Sales Representative, Medical Scientist etc)
* Strong experience with learning technologies and tools (* Experience working in global and diverse/multicultural environments
