Parkside Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis located in Bracknell. The successful candidate will have 12months+ experience in a similar role and ideally be studying towards AAT.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve purchase order inquiries
  • Process invoices and pass all invoices to relevant authorises
  • Update ledgers with authorised invoices
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Undertake daily cash reporting and posting
  • Monthly inter-company reconciliations
  • Assist with Payroll

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of financial administration and bookkeeping procedures
  • Dimensions software experience is desirable but not essential
