Administration, Receptionist


£17,000 to £19,000 Per Annum

A well established, client of mine based in Windsor are looking for a Receptionist to join their hard working team. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact, meeting and greeting as well as managing the switchboard.

This position would suit someone looking to start their career or perhaps looking for a new and exciting challenge willing to take on additional duties over time.

This position will offer progression for the right candidate.

Location: Windsor (Parking on-site)

Salary: £17,000-£18,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Key duties:

  • Being the first point or contact transferring calls and managing the switchboard
  • Organising post
  • Making teas and Coffees
  • Managing the front of house function ensuring a clean and organised reception desk
  • Ensuring you are present at the reception desk to meet and greet clients
  • General administration including managing the mail box

Key requirements:

  • A strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise work loads
  • Strong IT skills
  • Confident
  • Exceptional telephone manner
