This opportunity is Office based in Uxbridge town centre,

Working hours 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Starting Salary between £20,000 to £23,000 depending on previous experience, Salary has potential to increase with performance plus commission.

Skills, Experience & Personality traits required:

  • 3 years plus Office Administration experience
  • Proven Customer service skills
  • Excellent English (written & verbal)
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Great work ethic
  • Can do attitude
  • Helpful & Proactive
  • Recruitment or HR background (highly desired, but not essential)

Duties include:

  • Supporting Senior Consultants
  • Writing job adverts and posting on job boards and Social Media
  • Resourcing Candidates for roles
  • Registering candidates
  • Preparing candidates for interview (after training)
  • Other Recruitment administration includes sending interview confirmations, confirming interviews with clients
  • General administration as required
