We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in High Wycombe. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process, supporting in searching for the best possible talent who will help drive the business towards continued success.
- Responsible for the recruitment of all team roles
- Utilise a wide variety of advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking and job boards to search effectively for the best
- Provide a consultative and comprehensive resourcing service
- Manage the recruitment process from advertising to offer
- Ensure that a positive candidate experience is maintained from application to onboarding
- Support and facilitate group interviews and careers fairs
Key Skills Required:
- Previous experience of fast paced volume recruitment
- Previous recruitment or resourcing experience gained in-house or agency (preferably both)
- Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of sourcing methodology and the best ways to source candidates in a competitive market
- Understanding of assessment centres and group assessments
- Great MS Office skills in Word, Excel and outlook
