My international client requires an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of recruiters supporting the business hiring needs.

You will serve as an integral member of the team, responsible for:

  • Scheduling interviews,
  • Managing recruiting process, and building candidate relationships.
  • You will serve as the primary candidate advocate, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless interview process.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, motivated by creating streamlined recruiting processes to constantly improve efficiency.
  • You will be expected to leverage effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner successfully with internal clients and candidates.
  • You will need the ability to exercise sound judgment and be able to communicate with an air of calm even when dealing with ambiguous situations.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Scheduling phone, video conference, and final round interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Leveraging recruiting and HR systems to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports, confirm new hires, and more.
  • Providing prompt follow-up to candidates, including status updates via phone and email.
  • Tracking and reporting on recruiting activities.
  • Supporting arrangements for industry recruitment events (arranging hotel bookings, travel, and schedules for multiple interviewers and candidates, if required).
  • Coordinating and scheduling post-interview to debrief meetings.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
