A fantastic opportunity to join an ever growing company offering long term career progression. This is a unique opportunity to join an Internal recruitment team, ideally you will come from a fast paced volume recruitment environment and have a lot of exposure working on multi vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of all store team roles (Sales Advisor to Store Manager)
  • Utilise a wide variety of advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking and job boards to search effectively for the best Talent.
  • Gain an in depth knowledge of the retail business to understand the skills and capabilities required for the store roles
  • Provide a consultative and comprehensive resourcing service to our Store Managers
  • Manage the Store recruitment process from advertising to offer
  • Ensure that a positive candidate experience is maintained from application to onboarding
  • Support and facilitate group interviews and careers fairs
  • Utilise the Cornerstone ATS system efficiently and in a timely manner to identify and shortlist good quality candidates to present to Store Managers
  • Ensure all recruitment processes and policies are adhered to and that we are meeting our business SLA's and achieving our team KPI's

Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience of fast paced volume recruitment
  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience gained in-house or agency (preferably both)
  • Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of current recruitment market
  • Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of sourcing methodology and the best ways to source candidates in a competitive market
  • Understanding of assessment centres and group assessments
  • Great MS Office skills in Word, Excel and outlook
  • Willing to learn and operate a new ATS system (key requirement of the role)
  • Able to organize and run assessment centers for stores as well as support with design
  • Organized and able to work in a high volume environment to set deadlines
