Compensation & Benefits Analyst/Consultant, HR
£40,000 to £45,000 Per Annum
An excellent opportunity to work for a leading and global technology services company based close to Heathrow Airport , my client are recruiting for a Rewards Specialist to work as part of their HR department, the role will contribute to the success of the UK Reward strategy through leading, contributing and supporting on a range of compensation and benefits activities as well as payroll support as required.
You will be Responsible for the benchmarking and Job Evaluation process and ensuring that Reward tools and processes, and record keeping are kept up to date, analysis/charts as requested by Reward Manager to help support with summarising information and data driven decision making. Responsible for Salary Surveys and completing the annual survey submission and other ad hoc surveys as required.
A essential part of the role will be experience of using the Willis Towers Watson salary benchmarking tool
- Benefits processing - preparing membership profile data for the brokers to use for group risk benefits renewals and reconciliation. Collect and administer the Private Medical and Dental renewals applications. Update the master renewal data files for the brokers to issue renewal packs to employees. Own the auditing of membership lists and details for payroll processing to ensure records are correct. Prepare final data for payroll processing and systems update. Ensure monthly leavers and joiners are reported/updated for Private Medical and Denplan.
- Administration issues and resolution, escalate any administration issues with provider and keep a log. Prepare monthly updates for the sharematch plan, gather the annual sharematch plan filing information. Recognition and Loyalty awards processing.

Reward - Annual Review and Bonus Process - support the Reward Manager in key tasks that need to be completed in preparation for the tool opening. Support the post review validation for Payroll. Identify process improvements. General - Support Reward Manager with other cyclical and ad hoc Reward activities as required.
- Payroll Responsible for the accurate update on benefits changes in SAP for the monthly payroll. Serve as a back-up for the Payroll and Wellbeing Specialist for any handover tasks for cover as needed from time to time.
