We are looking to recruit a Office Administrator to join our friendly pharmaceutical company based in Stockley Park. The role may suit somebody who is looking to work for a small friendly company and is happy to work on their own and as part of the team.

Duties Include:

  • Travel Arrangements
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Dealing with invoices
  • General administrative duties
  • Keeping the office organised
  • Supporting the office team
  • Provide general administration support to Manager as necessary in a small company environment


  • Previous experience using SAGE
  • Previous office experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Computer literate
  • Self-sufficient
