My client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Coordinator to join their busy sales team
They are seeking a bright articulate candidate who will provide first class support to the team and customers
- Provide Customer Service to set accounts
- Accurate day to day Order Management
- Point of contact for the customers,
- Deal with routine enquiries and resolving issues
- Finance, Local Markets and External Customers
- Sales order reporting, accurate and timely report distribution
- Create and take ownership of internal paperwork
- Provide weekly analysis regarding orders & shipments where necessary.
- Meet requests/project work from Line Manager at Executive level.
- Meet one off report requests from Sales Account Managers
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous Sales Administration / Coordination background
- Customer focused
- Strong Word and Excel
- Attention to details
