My client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Coordinator to join their busy sales team

They are seeking a bright articulate candidate who will provide first class support to the team and customers

Role

  • Provide Customer Service to set accounts
  • Accurate day to day Order Management
  • Point of contact for the customers,
  • Deal with routine enquiries and resolving issues
  • Finance, Local Markets and External Customers
  • Sales order reporting, accurate and timely report distribution
  • Create and take ownership of internal paperwork
  • Provide weekly analysis regarding orders & shipments where necessary.
  • Meet requests/project work from Line Manager at Executive level.
  • Meet one off report requests from Sales Account Managers
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
