Fixed Term Contract role - Sales Administrator
Duration - 9-12 months
Salary £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Working hours - 8.30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing orders onto the SAP system
- Ensuring all documents are prepared correctly
- Chasing up shipments coming into the UK
- Reporting on Excel
- Dealing with customers over the phone and on email
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Has worked with Key accounts
- Great organisational and time management skills
- From within a logistics or shipping role
- Logically minded
- SAP experience is highly desired
