Technical Sales Administrator
Up to £18,000 per annum
Parkside Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales administrator to join our client based in Sunbury. The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service and IT skills.
- Supporting sales Account Managers in the day to day running of customer accounts
- Preparation of quotations
- Following up sales enquiries and creating further sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
- Responsible for supplier liaison on order progression, product enquires, and management of warranty and return material
Training will be provided on product portfolio and the company's computer systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be efficient and adaptable, with good all round administrative abilities.
- HM Forces background is desirable
- Electronic or Mechanical engineering qualification ideally HNC/HND or above.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills including use of CRM system
- Monday - Friday 25 hour working week
- 5 hours a day
