Up to £18,000 per annum

Parkside Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales administrator to join our client based in Sunbury. The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service and IT skills.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales Account Managers in the day to day running of customer accounts
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Following up sales enquiries and creating further sales opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Responsible for supplier liaison on order progression, product enquires, and management of warranty and return material

Training will be provided on product portfolio and the company's computer systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You will be efficient and adaptable, with good all round administrative abilities.
  • HM Forces background is desirable
  • Electronic or Mechanical engineering qualification ideally HNC/HND or above.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organised
  • Good IT skills including use of CRM system

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 25 hour working week
  • 5 hours a day
