My client is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator


  • To provide administration function including sales data analysis / forecasting, stock control liaison, order chasing
  • Liaise with the buying assistants of key accounts dealing with any situation that arises as a result
  • To ensure the accurate and timely completion of the quotes and spec forms for accounts in the time limit specified by the customer
  • To provide support to the account team in planning, booking and monitoring account specific promotional activity, and recording all aspects in Sales Force
  • Support Buying Assistants and the Senior Buyers have any information / assistance that they require in the pursuit of their daily duties
  • Provide a supportive role and a communication link between Stock Control and the Sales Team for all account
  • Chase stock control for orders as required in line with forecasts
  • Forecasting, compiling of seasons forecast sheet
  • Support the account team and customer buying team with the planning and implantation of customer specific promotional activity (and materials), and recording and monitoring invoicing of such promotions in Sales Force


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Sales Force (or similar CRM tool)
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
  • Full clean driving license
