My client is a market leading established business who are recruiting for 2x Sales Ledger Clerks to join their expanding team. The company due to growth and taking on extra responsibilities from a sister company, have created 2 new positions to support the workload. This will suit a candidate looking for a stable role, within a nice company. This position is fully OFFICE based. Laptops are provided but only for emergencies will WFH be permitted.

Key responsibilities:

  • Cash Allocation
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Liase with sales staff on customer payments and orders
  • Journals
  • Manual issue of invoices at month end for specific ledgers
  • filing
  • AD hoc duties

Person specification:

  • Hardworking and common sense
  • People person, team all get on really well
  • Intermediate excel (vlookups and pivot tables) (desirable)
  • Microsoft AX dynamics system experience (desirable)
