Sales Operation Administrator

Do you have exceptional customer service and analytical skills?

Main Responsibilities

Processing customer orders and liaising with customers keeping them informed any issues relating to their orders
Dealing with all customer issues and complaints
Creation of customer quotes and management of service contracts.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team towards the accurate and timely production of quotes and compilation of tender information as requested strictly in accordance with specific local SOPs.
Ensuring that prices invoiced to customers are maintained and aligned
Responding to all queries from the Sales & Marketing Team in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide periodic contract management data to meet framework requirements.
Process consignment stock orders and raise appropriate replenishment order.
Maintain company's CRM System data up to date with relevant documents and Customer details.
Responsible for reporting adverse events strictly in accordance with specific local Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Responsible for operating to the instructions contained in all relevant effective SOPs.
