Our client, who are well established company based in Uxbridge, are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their very welcoming team. You will be reporting to the Sale Administration Manager where you will be driving and monitoring sales order process, communicating to customers via phone and email, monitoring all order procedures to achieve targets and goals through agreed processes.
This is a full-time, fully office based role based in Uxbridge with parking on-site.
- To ensure all orders are being processed and completed on time from customer set-up to installation this will be on two different systems
- Provide best practice order process to ensure all tasks are successfully executed
- Good communication with the sales team for teamwork, clarity and helping with any issue
- Establish customer orientated and proactive manage and behaviour
- Good communication skills with customer
Sales Administrator Key Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Team work
- Reasonable system knowledge
- SAP knowledge or equivalent system use
- Ability to work under pressure
