Parkside Recruitment is currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join it's busy and vibrant team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent sales admin support to consultants and managers so that they can focus primarily on sales. The role is busy and fast paced and requires a high attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Candidate registration: sending registration documents, uploading and updating to our in-house CRM database (Talisman) with all candidate details
  • Candidate compliance: auditing candidates on Talisman and chasing candidates/consultants for missing information for booked and live candidates
  • Sending candidate testing
  • Formatting CVs
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Point of contact for work eligibility queries/contacting the Home Office
  • Referencing candidates on temporary bookings and completing external reference requests
  • Temps' timesheet admin: Sending weekly timesheet reminder/chasing late timesheets/converting to PDF/chasing approvals/ forwarding to payroll
  • Temp holidays / updating spreadsheet and forwarding to payroll
  • Dealing with candidate queries: P45/ non-payment/holidays/tax issues
  • Managing candidates registering on the Parkside website and distributing their CVs through to the correct team of consultants
  • Point of contact for IT issues within the company
  • Perm Billing Advice, check for compliance documents
  • Supporting Managers/Consultants with reports/typing of documents/sales days and company events
  • Managing compliance documentation including typing PSAs and GDPR
  • Talisman reports: AWR/ KPI/ Source Code/Booked candidates
  • Talisman support and testing
  • Broadbean/Job Board management and reporting
  • Assisting with new starter set up. Including: adding to phone list/ scanner/printers/floor plan/job boards. Outlook and Talisman signatures
  • Adhoc support to consultants and management as required and the point of contact for general day-to-day queries
  • Purchasing stationery and kitchen supplies
