Senior Accountant

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join an established Accountancy Practice based in Hillingdon. This is a fantastic chance to join the company at a time of growth and work within a dynamic team. The ideal person for this position will be proactive, a problem solver and really go the extra mile to add value to the practice.

This role will be split between Accounts (80%) and Audit (20%) and will ideally be suited to someone with at least three years of experience working within a practice. This is a client-facing role and will require excellent communication skills and confidence.

The main responsibilities for this position will include to prepare and review:

• Statutory Accounts
• Tax Computations
• VAT
• Management reports
• Analysis
• Audit

Personal Attributes:

• Minimum of three years' experience working within a practice
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA)
• Strong excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting software including Quickbooks, Sage Line 50, Iris and CCH Pro Audit (preferred but not essential)
• A keen eye for details
• Confident communicator
