My client is seeking a dynamic experienced HR Administrator who can provide extensive administration support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a corporate organisation dealing with volume administration.

As a key member of the HR team, the Senior HR Administrator will support in the following areas:

  • Coordinate new starter/leaver and change process
  • Issue offer letters, contracts and change letters to confirm all terms and conditions of employment
  • Scheduling interviews and testing
  • Entering new joiners onto the HR system, processing changes, sorting out exit paperwork
  • Carry out recruitment checks for successful candidates in line with the college's framework


  • Previous knowledge of working in an HR Administrative role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Discretion, sensitivity and integrity and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle tasks simultaneously
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal skills
