An exciting role for a Supply chain Analyst to work for a global pharmaceutical company based in West London , my client are looking for a experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join their busy and dynamic supply chain department, you will need experience and knowledge of the working within a analytical and reporting supply chain function . You will be required to maintain precise knowledge of demand forecasts and inventory levels in order to plan and administer the supply of product to meet agreed customer service levels, whilst achieving inventory targets, minimising obsolescence and managing all supply chain aspects of changes to finished product presentations. The role requires working closely with the Packaging and distribution teams, experience of working on SAP and advanced Excel are a must for the position .

  • Manage the Tracelink serialisation portal ensuring new and existing items are maintained

  • Monitor and resolve exceptions messages created by the system and flag issues with data uploads

  • Set up master data in SAP B1 and carry out system clean up for obsolete SKU's

  • Act as the responsible person for SOPs and best practice process related to data for SAP B1 and Tracelink

  • Carry out regular SKU reviews with a view to rationalisation and harmonisation

  • Support weekly distribution calls

  • Support SC Co-ordinator in administration tasks

  • Other ad hoc Supply Chain Projects

  • Submit forecasting template to affiliates and run forecast review meetings adding analytical value

  • Upload forecast to SAP B1

  • Preparation of S&OP data & slides

  • Running SC reports and analytics

  • Ad hoc support to Inventory Control & Supply Chain Co-ordinator

  • Month end support
