We are recruiting for an entry level Support Engineer for a fully remote/home based role, if you have an interest in IT and have customer services experience then please apply today....immediate start available!!!

This is an entry level role and would suit someone who has excellent communication skills and looking to get into an IT support role/help-desk, this role is fully remote so would suit someone who is self sufficient and able to work on their own

Job purpose - Contribute to the increased profitability of and development of the customer/client base by delivering a range of pre and post-sales support services and providing excellent internal support. To utilise technical experience and work with the teams across the business to enhance the company's service and support offerings

* Provide a high standard of pre and post sales support of software services to customers and colleagues using effective oral and written communication

* Manage the resolution of customer support cases relating to the intended software portfolio

* Producing technical mixed media collateral to assist in the provision of support

* Manage the liaison with and escalation to internal and external resources when required to resolve a customer support case

* Liaising with suppliers and product vendors in order to advise customers and colleagues on design solutions

* Providing advice on deployment, installation, configuration of the software portfolio

* Supporting in company projects

* Conduct web demonstrations of products

* Assist sales team and customers with advice on correct products and training courses
