Team Administrators (duties of the role are very similar to PA ) required to support various depts across the business in everything Administrative based. Would suit a strong administrator seeking their next step up in their career.
Hybrid role with office based in Harefield with car parking
Salary £33,000 to £36,000
Candidates will need:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in an administrative role
- Educated to at least GCSE Level or similar, ideally Minimum A level
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in dealing with purchase orders and invoices
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
- A strong and helpful team player with a hands on attitude
- Meticulous eye for detail
