Call Centre/Customer Service, Team Leader
£26,000 to £28,000 Per Annum
OTE, bonus, commission, holiday, pension
My client based in Uxbridge are recruiting for a telesales team leader. They are paying OTE £60,000 with great benefits. Monday - Friday (Office based) 8:30 - 5:30pm.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team - making sure the CRM system is being maintained
- Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals and financial revenue targets
- Developing and implementing a time line to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximise their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
- Interviewing and recruiting new team members
- Sharing the corporate vison of the business
