- Address incoming calls, provide product insights, facilitate account openings, and offer unmatched support.
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers, address their concerns, and tackle advanced issues.
- Ensure top-notch customer account maintenance, including application processing, money transfers, and more.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions.
- Strive to meet all performance metrics while prioritizing stellar service.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers and colleagues.
- Engage in ongoing compliance training and have a keen eye for operational risks.
