What you will do:
* Be the first point of contact for all customers via phones - ensuring that they have the best possible experience.
* Facilitate a special atmosphere providing the best possible engagement with customers at every touch point.
* Manage all incoming phone calls as part of a friendly team.
* Call back all the voicemails.
