We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team and spearhead client relationships within the Financial Services/Mortgage Division. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience working in the financial services or mortgage sector, possessing a deep understanding of industry nuances and client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and an excellent communicator capable of driving successful campaigns and exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with financial services and mortgage companies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client goals.
- Attend industry events and networking functions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and target audience.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and PR plans tailored to the unique needs of financial services and mortgage clients.
- Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing and PR campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and industry regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide timely insights to clients, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on financial services or mortgage clients.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of financial services and mortgage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
