My client based in Ashford are looking for a Accounts assistant, must have invoicing experience.
Salary £25-£27K DOE
To raise sales invoices throughout the month, resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.
Main responsibilities of Role:
On a daily basis ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner
Uploading invoices onto customer bespoke systems
Requesting and chasing up purchase orders where required
Manual invoices issued if needed.
Issuing credit notes when required
Skills required:
Good knowledge of Excel
Previous invoicing experience
Strong attention to detail
Previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage
