Accounts Receivable Specialist

My client is a leading global technology solutions provider in the air transportation industries who are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. They design, manufacture, test, and service technologically sophisticated systems and products for their valued customers. Due to exciting growth plans, they are seeking talented individuals to join the team in the Feltham office.


- Responsible for the end-to-end Credit to Cash (C2C) process, including credit, customer billing, cash application, collections, and dispute management.


  • Perform daily tasks such as managing unallocated cash, credit holds, AR subledger reviews, and ensuring strong internal controls.
  • Conduct AR Month End Close activities, SOX Controls, reconciliations, and reporting, working closely with G/L.
  • Manage Intercompany AR, including collections, billing calculations, and related Month-end tasks.
  • Contact customers to resolve unallocated cash.
  • Generate and review AR aging for a clean subledger.
  • Coordinate credit management with BU finance leads.
  • Handle AR audits and reviews.
  • Lead collections for Key accounts and manage master data tasks.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.


  • Accounting Qualification or relevant work experience required.
  • Experience in accounting and financial systems.
  • Experience in a shared service environment.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding and experience of all AR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and strive for results.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Syteline desirable.
