Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Contract role for 16 months to start ASAP

Lead the AR team to ensure efficient revenue collection processes and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ledger, debit notes, and payment allocation
  • Set KPIs and provide guidance to the AR team
  • Assist with audit requirements and address customer inquiries promptly
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and manage credit limits for retail customers
  • Set clear goals for team development and review department procedures
  • 3+ years of AR experience with leadership skills
  • People management experience
  • Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Reports to Finance Manager (this Team Leader role with have 3 direct reports)
