Location: Hayes, office based role
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
? Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
? Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems
? Handle incoming enquiries and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
? Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination
