Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator with experience in eCommerce? We’re looking for a
Ecommerce Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis, supporting product setup, content creation, and compliance for online retail platforms.
What we’re looking for: - Degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing (or equivalent work experience)
- Previous experience in an eCommerce role, ideally with Amazon or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Strong analytical approach with intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organised, proactive, and a real team player who can work across multiple stakeholders
What you’ll be doing: - Supporting product setup on Amazon using various portals and spreadsheets, ensuring deadlines are met and items are live on retail websites
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather assets and translations for product variations
- Auditing advertised items
- Creating a tracker to manage the amendments required
- Carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the Sales Operations team
Desirable: - Additional European language skills would be a bonus
- Interest in AI
