Admissions and Marketing Administrator.

Surrey/ full time / £30000 - £32000 per Year

Our client based in Thorpe in is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Administrator to join their team.

This is a fully office based role Monday - Friday 8.30 -5pm

Salary £30K-£32K depending on experience.

This is an exciting and brand-new role that plays a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for prospective families while also providing vital administrative support to our marketing and admissions efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to both admissions and marketing, helping to shape the experience of prospective families while supporting the clients growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate student, family, and application records in VeraCross and Hubspot.
  • Assist with scheduling and management of visiting families, and coordination of campus tours and events.
  • Support the marketing team by preparing materials, updating contact lists, and assisting with outreach campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics for admissions events, such as Open Mornings and information sessions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to families, visitors, and colleagues.
