My client is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant who will assist the Financial Accountant with all aspects of balance sheet for the company including cash flow statement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Financial Accountant with month-end tasks under very tight deadlines
- Assist with the production of timely, accurate and complete financial information for annual budgets process
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis ensuring all outstanding items are cleared in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with stock audits
- Produce timely and accurate financial data and in-depth analysis for the annual planning budget process, for all financial statement accounts
- Review and post the standard monthly journals ensuring their relevancy and accuracy
- Maintain the fixed Assets Register of company
- Responsible for intercompany recharges
- Ensure interim stock and GRIR accounts are reviewed on a weekly basis and cleared on a on a monthly basis
Skills & Experience
- Actively studying towards Accounting Qualification (AAT, CIMA etc)
- Previous experience working within an account environment
- MS Office including strong Excel skills
- SAP
