Audit Senior / Junior Manager Location: Leytonstone Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

About the Role:
In this role, you will lead a team to carry out audit duties for a diverse range of small, medium, and large owner-managed businesses across various industries, typically with turnovers exceeding £10 million. Core Skills & Qualifications: - ACA or ACCA qualified
- At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in a multi-partner practice with 40% audit exposure
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both staff and clients
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure
- Desire for long-term career growth and ongoing training
- At least 1 year of UK experience and working knowledge of corporation tax (Caseware highly desired)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform audits, leading a team
- Gather background information for audit planning
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Prepare corporation tax computations
- Draft management letters and reports
- Ensure time budgets are maintained
- Supervise and support junior staff
- Liaise with other departments to complete jobs effectively
- Participate in technical training sessions
