Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineer to join our clients Oxford-based team.

What You’ll Do: - Design mechanical or electrical systems for a range of building projects
- Make sure designs meet safety and legal standards
- Work with contractors and clients to ensure quality installation
- Help lead and support junior team members
- Assist with project planning, budgets, and timelines
- Be involved in meetings and help manage project delivery
- Support the business with tender and fee proposals
What We’re Looking For: - Experience in building services design (mechanical or electrical)
- Strong communication and team skills
- Understanding of regulations and health & safety
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate with others
