Parkside Recruitment is working in partnership with a globally renowned luxury fashion brand to recruit a CRM & Email Marketing Executive on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and data-driven CRM professional to join one of the world’s most iconic brands and contribute to high-impact customer engagement across the EMEA region.
The Role
The CRM & Email Marketing Executive will support the EMEA CRM team in delivering engaging email campaigns and communications that drive customer engagement and online sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of email campaigns, owning everything from audience segmentation to performance analysis, while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities - Support the CRM team in the end-to-end management of email campaigns – from briefing and building to testing, scheduling, and deployment
- Create and manage audience segmentation using ESP and CDP platforms
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise results
- Collaborate with internal teams including e-commerce, marketing, and visual merchandising to ensure alignment on campaign content and goals
- Drive innovation by supporting test-and-learn strategies and exploring new CRM tools and techniques
- Liaise with third-party agencies and vendors to ensure campaign excellence and brand consistency across channels
Candidate Profile - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or retail sectors
- Proficient in using ESP tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar
- Comfortable working with data to build audience segments and report on performance
- Strong understanding of CRM KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- A passion for fashion, digital marketing, and customer engagement
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
