Customer Care Administrator Location: Office-based, UB11 (Uxbridge)

In this role, you'll be the voice and heart of the business, helping customers resolve queries, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. What You'll Need: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or support environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems — Salesforce knowledge is a bonus
Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues within agreed timeframes
- Show empathy and patience when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to confidently support customer queries
- Escalate any unresolved or ongoing service issues to the Customer Care Manager
- Support with general admin and ad hoc duties as needed
- Work towards customer service KPIs and targets
This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm).
