Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, webchat, social media with empathy and professionalism.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
