We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join a friendly and supportive team based in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, solving problems and making a genuine difference.
You'll become the first point of contact for customers following delivery, ensuring they receive exceptional aftercare, resolving any concerns and helping create a positive customer experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing - Contact customers following delivery to ensure they're happy with their purchase.
- Provide advice and support to customers considering returns, helping find the best solution.
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat and other digital channels.
- Investigate and resolve delivery, product and service-related issues.
- Process returns, exchanges and refunds accurately.
- Record customer interactions using internal systems.
- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews, responding professionally where appropriate.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Share ideas that help improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
We're looking for someone who has - Previous customer service, customer care or customer support experience within an office or contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build rapport over the phone.
- A calm and empathetic approach when handling customer concerns.
- Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM or customer service systems.
