Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when necessary
  • Provide clear, practical advice to customers
  • Record detailed notes of all customer interactions
  • Proactively assist customers with their queries
  • Adhere to company procedures and processes
Requirements:
  • Experience with technical processes and systems is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to switch between tasks as needed
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to show initiative and solve problems efficiently
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel is useful, but not essential
