We are looking for a temporary
Customer Service Assistant to provide holiday cover within a busy office environment.
Role details: - Office-based position
- Hours: 9:00 – 5:00 (Monday – Friday)
- Training on the system will be provided on the first day
Duties will include: - Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, directly them to the correct dept
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Providing general administrative support
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements: - Previous office based customer service experience required
- Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable and available for the full duration
