Temporary Customer Service Cover
Office-based – Harrow
9:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a temporary Customer Service Assistant to provide holiday cover within a busy office environment.

Role details:
  • Office-based position
  • Hours: 9:00 – 5:00 (Monday – Friday)
  • Training on the system will be provided on the first day
Duties will include:
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email, directly them to the correct dept
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous office based customer service experience required
  • Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable and available for the full duration
