Demand Planning Manager initially 10 month contract likely to extend 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planning Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will have overall responsibility for the European Demand Planning process including generation and publishing an approved monthly demand forecast to feed into the Supply Planning organisation as well as manage the Supply Chain Coordinator and Supply Chain Intern, providing them with support and guidance.

 Key Accountabilities

• Managing Supply Chain Coordinator and Intern
• Collaborating with Affiliates and Third parties to publish monthly Demand forecast
• Provide demand forecast reporting
• Lead on handling ongoing phases of implementing Demand and Replenishment planning tool.
• Super user for Demand and Replenishment planning tool
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Master Data, structures and approval flows in Product Data Hub
• Responsible for maintaining supply of products to meet patient needs
• Inventory control
• Interface with internal stakeholders
• System updates
• Direct interface with multiple affiliates, Contract Packaging Sites, Suppliers and Third Party Customers
• Critical to continuity of supply

Skills & Experience

• Working in a regulated industry desirable
• Use and implementation of a Demand Planning system, SAP B1 and/or Oracle desirable
• Excellent use of Excel essential
• Ability to understand complex data, from different sources essential
• Working knowledge of supply chain practices
