EMEA Brand Image / PRO Deco Coordinator London | Contract | Hybrid | Immediate Start

We are partnering with a global luxury brand to recruit an EMEA Brand Image / PRO Deco Coordinator to support a regional team during a key trading and rollout period.

This is a highly collaborative, coordination-focused role within a creative brand environment, ideal for someone confident working independently in a hybrid setup.

The Role Working as part of the EMEA Brand Image team, you will support the coordination and delivery of brand image and professional decoration (PRO Deco) activity across the region.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating brand image and PRO Deco projects across EMEA
  • Supporting seasonal rollouts, installations, and updates
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and regional stakeholders
  • Managing timelines, assets, and project documentation
  • Ensuring brand standards are delivered consistently across locations
Contract Details
  • Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate with a short notice period)
  • Contract length: Initial contract until end of March, with a strong likelihood of extension for a further 6 months (April–September)
  • Rate: £160–£180 per day PAYE
  • Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 09:00–18:00 (8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week)
  • Location: London
  • Working style: Hybrid – initially more WFH than office or site-based
Hybrid Working & Travel
  • This is a hybrid role, with a greater proportion of working from home initially
  • Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and have a suitable home working setup
  • A laptop will be provided
  • Some travel will be required (sites, office, or regional activity)
  • Travel costs will be paid by the individual initially and reimbursed via timesheets
  • Candidates must have the ability to fund upfront travel costs (e.g. train tickets, hotels, flights) before reimbursement
About You
  • Experience in brand image, visual merchandising, coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams independently
  • Confident working in a hybrid / remote-first environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and available at short notice
