Finance Administrator.

Greater London/ full time / Negotiable

Our well know client is looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join their team, salary £25-£27K DOE.

To raise sales invoices throughout the month, resolving invoice queries in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities of Role:

•Maintaining and Invoicing, both portal customers
•Ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner
•Requesting of purchase orders where required
•Issuing of manual invoices if required
•Uploading of invoices onto customer portals (Coupa, Tungsten, Tradeshift, Service Channel)
•Issuing of credit notes when required

Competencies/Capabilities:

•Working knowledge of SAP desired, but not essential
•Understanding of MS packages – specifically Excel
