Financial Accounting & Reporting Partner initially 10-month contract likely to extend
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accounting & Reporting Partner in the pharmaceutical industry.

Role
- Leads the end to end project to move from the current distribution model to a new one, which implies a thorough analysis on the impact of such change into our existing Inventory and COGs reporting model
- Supports the day to day of our Financial Accounting & Reporting Partner for Inventory to stabilize operations after a period of change where new tools & processes have been implemented
- Project management of a distribution model change from an Inventory perspective
- Supports the Financial Accounting & Reporting team where/when needed on any matters related to Inventory/COGs such as (but not limited to)
- Statutory reporting
- Group reporting
- Cost accounting
- Business Partnering
- Forecasting & Planning
- J-SOX
- Process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Accountant with relevant Finance or Accounting degree
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Advanced level in MS Office packages, including Power BI and Power Query
- Experience in relevant finance systems such as SAP, Ariba and Blackline
- Finance knowledge with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to individuals with limited finance knowledge
- Experience of financial accounting & reporting and management reporting
- Experience in performing SOX (or J-SOX) controls
- Experience in process improvements
- Industry (Pharma) experience is a plus
