Fire Service Manager – Stevenage UK provider of

- Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Hands-on, varied role in the fire and security sector
What you’ll be doing: - Lead and manage fire service engineers and support staff
- Schedule and oversee routine and emergency service visits
- Handle customer callouts, false alarms, and technical escalations
- Approve timesheets, manage attendance, and audit engineers’ work
- Prepare quotations and pricing for fire and safety systems
- Maintain and update service agreements, stock, and technical documentation
- Be hands-on onsite when required, supporting engineers and resolving issues
- Ensure compliance with British Standards and industry regulations
About you: - Experienced managing teams in fire, security, or technical services
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to balance hands-on work with management responsibilities
- Comfortable handling budgets, scheduling, and reporting
- Flexible and willing to be part of out-of-hours support/rotas
