Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to German-speaking clients
- Act as the main point of contact for German market enquiries and support requests
- Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
Requirements - Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential
- Strong customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
